1. During the guest's stay: "exchange upon use"
If the guest has used a bathrobe (such as putting it back in the bathroom, getting stained/water stained, or placing it on bedding), the room service staff will replace it with a clean bathrobe during cleaning; If the bathrobe is not opened or worn (such as hanging it in the wardrobe to keep it flat and without any signs of use), it can be kept for guests to continue using (to avoid resource waste caused by excessive cleaning).
